The French Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) announced that a new version of the “functional business cards” has been made available on the OneGate portal. This version of “functional business cards” incorporated the changes related to RUBA reporting applicable from the January 2022 decree. ACPR intends to make further changes to the functional business cards and to communicate these changes in December 2021. Additionally, ACPR provided information concerning ACPR data collections with respect to the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) entering into force from January 01, 2022. ACPR has published the schedule for switching to LEI for each collection along with the expected entry points.
