JFSA Consults on BCBS Pillar 3 Disclosure Requirements

The proposed revisions are in line with the Basel Committee’s revised disclosure requirements under Pillar 3 of the international Basel standards, which were published in January 2015. For quantitative disclosure items, establish a common disclosure style and stipulate on announcement as a separate sheet form
Regulations on the simplification of single unit disclosure
Other required revisions (including required revisions to domestic standards)
