ACPR Implements Updates Related to FINREP and SBP Reporting
ACPR has implemented, in its information system, updates related to version 2.10 of taxonomy, for reporting of “FINREP COVID” (COVID-19 moratoria), Supervisory Benchmarking Portfolio (SBP), and funding plans. The changes are applicable to the December 2020 decree. ACPR also updated the list of optional reporting obligations. In addition, ACPR published the final versions of CREDITHAB 2.1.0.2 taxonomy and CREDITIMMO 2.2.0 taxonomy. Along with the taxonomies, ACPR has published description and delivery notes as well as taxonomy controls related to the CREDITHAB and CREDITIMMO taxonomies.
Among other updates related to version 2.10 of the taxonomy, new templates for reporting of SBP credit risk and funding plans have been added. New templates for SBP credit risk reporting include C_111.00, C_112.00, C_113.00, and C_114.00 while new templates for funding plans reporting are P_04.01, P_04.02, and P_05.00. Template P_03.00 for funding plan reporting has been deleted. A new version of the “functional business cards” incorporating these changes has been made available on the OneGate portal in December 2020. ACPR will issue a communication specific to compensation reporting during the first quarter of 2021.
The CREDITHAB version 2.1.0.2 taxonomy will replace version 2.1.0.1 as of the decree of December 2020. The newer version corrects a few assertions, though no XBRL facts have changed between these two versions. The CREDITIMMO version 2.2 taxonomy sets up the new “rentimmo” entry point. These taxonomies do not present any modification compared to the draft version published previously. CREDITHAB and CREDITIMMO taxonomies apply to the banking sector and have an architecture and structure similar to that of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)/Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) IV taxonomies from EBA and Solvency II taxonomy from EIOPA.
