ACPR Issues RUBA Taxonomy Controls and Several Regulatory Instructions
The French Prudential Supervisory Authority (ACPR) announced that a unified version of the list of controls applicable to version 1.0.1 of RUBA taxonomy has been created to regroup the XBRL and Non XBRL controls. In addition, ACPR has identified certain incorrect assertions as well as corrected Non XBRL controls. The RUBA taxonomy will come into force from the decree of January 31, 2022. ACPR also published Instruction No. 2021-I-17, which amends Instruction (No. 2021-I-03), with respect to the implementation of unified reporting for banks (RUBA). Instruction No. 2021-I-17 comes into effect on January 01, 2022.
Also, ACPR has also published the following instructions:
- Instruction No. 2021-I-16 on monitoring the threshold of an intermediary parent company for groups of third countries in the European Union. This instruction comes into effect on December 31, 2021.
- Instruction No. 2021-I-15 related to the submission of necessary information for calculations of contributions to the guarantee mechanisms for deposits, securities, and sureties.
- Instruction No. 2021-I-21, which amends Instruction No. 2013-I-16,related to the communication to ACPR with respect to Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) by certain organizations. This instruction comes into effect the day after the day of its publication.
