Bundesbank Updates AnaCredit Reporting Requirements
Bundesbank published two circulars on AnaCredit reporting requirements. Circular 27/2021 covers changes to the reporting of branches, additional attributes to be reported for investment funds from August 01, 2021, and updates to the list of international organizations. Bundesbank has published Version 1.5 of the list of international organizations, which is valid from May 01, 2021. Circular 28/2021 elaborates on the testing-related specifications and sets out that the period for test submissions is June 01, 2021 to September 15, 2021. Circular 28/2021 also informs that technical and functional validation rules for credit data files, along with the plausibility rules planned from August 01, 2021, are already activated in the test system.
