Launched in 2008, Global ABS Portal website has enabled dozens of securitisation Issuers, Originators and Sponsors to comply with transparency requirements for both Bank of England (BOE) and, since 2019, Simple, Transparent and Standardised (STS) purposes. The new Global ABS Portal version offers powerful tools to both investors and issuers while improving the website’s performance and user interface.
Global ABS Portal is part of the Moody’s Analytics suite of solutions for structured finance market participants. The suite also includes ABS Suite™ and Ki™ platforms, which enable warehouse borrowers and securitisation issuers to automate investor and regulatory reporting, optimise their asset selection process, and maintain a repository of eligibility criteria.
