ACPR published the draft version of taxonomy RAN 1.1.0 for Solvency II reporting. Organizations subject to the Solvency II regime must submit data in eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) format in a manner similar to that of the European Solvency II reporting. The taxonomy that describes these data has a structure comparable to that of EIOPA taxonomies. The taxonomy RAN Version 1.1.0 for the 2018 reporting (that is, the period ending December 31, 2017) is available. The deadline for returns is August 30, 2017.

In addition to the requirements at the EU level, ACPR has issued certain national requirements for Solvency II reporting. Although Solvency II reporting is subject to maximum harmonization at the EU level, it can be supplemented by the national regulatory authorities to meet the market-specific needs not covered by the EU-level Solvency II reporting requirements.
