BoE Issues Updated BEEDS User Guide and Solvency II XBRL Filing Manual
BoE published the updated Bank of England Electronic Data Submission (BEEDS) user guide to reflect system changes relevant to firms using the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) environment. BoE also published the updated Solvency II XBRL filing manual to help firms and software vendors create XBRL instance documents for Solvency II Pillar 3 reporting, in light of the latest EIOPA Solvency II Taxonomy 2.2.0 update.
BEEDS portal is an online application that manages formal regulatory data submissions between PRA-authorized firms and the BoE. The portal enables firms to complete and submit all Solvency II regulatory data submissions online. The Solvency II XBRL filing manual describes the filing rules applicable to remittance of XBRL instance documents for Solvency II Pillar 3, National Specific Template, and SF (Model Drift) reporting.
