EBA Single Rulebook Q&A: Third Update for December 2018

    December 21, 2018

EBA published answers to ten questions under the Single Rulebook question and answer (Q&A) updates for this week. The topics covered include large exposures, credit risk, own funds under the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR or EU Regulation No 575/2013), and strong customer authentication under the second Payment Services Directive or PSD 2.

The overall objective of the Q&A tool is to ensure consistent and effective application of the new regulatory framework across the Single Market. Institutions, supervisors, and other stakeholders can use the Single Rulebook Q&A tool for submitting questions on Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRD IV), CRR, and the related technical standards developed by EBA and adopted by EC.
