Paul leads the evolution of Moody’s value proposition across APAC & Middle East for Tax & Transfer Pricing, with deep expertise in the Global Tax Industry. He drives thought leadership, best practice and helps navigate the complex and ever-changing global tax landscape in order to translate industry needs into Moody’s product capabilities to help our customers make better decisions.  

Paul’s background is in economics and for the past 20+ years he has gained first-hand experience from advising in the Tax & Transfer Pricing industry, ranging from being a Transfer Pricing Partner in the Big 4, managing Transfer Pricing for leading Financial Services businesses and in Tax Authorities globally. This experience provides Paul a deep understanding of the priorities, challenges and practical realities of our Tax customers and how our offerings can help meet their individual needs.
