ACPR Publishes Updates Related to CRD IV and Covered Bonds
The French Prudential Supervisory Authority (ACPR) published a notice related to the methods for calculating and publishing prudential ratios under the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD IV) and the minimum requirement for own funds and eligible liabilities (MREL). The notice primarily covers details related to Pillar 1 on calculation of solvency, large exposures, leverage, and liquidity ratios. ACPR also published a statement on the methods of transmission of information related to the publication of covered bonds. The statement highlights that the information related to the publication of covered bonds must be sent quarterly to ACPR via the OneGate portal from September 2022 decree. The OneGate portal test environment will be available from the end of August.
