DNB Publishes Banking and Insurance Newsletters for April 2018
DNB issued the banking and insurance newsletters for April 2018. The newsletters include updated calendars for banks and insurers.
The banking newsletter focuses on climate risks on the agenda of supervisors and contains updates on the research related to integrity risks and product development. It also offers updates on the periodical tests of DNB regarding whether less significant institutions in securitizations meet the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR) criteria for retention and due diligence requirements. The insurance newsletter highlights that DNB:
- Will conduct research on the functioning of compliance function at five insurers
- Is consulting on the good practices for controlling outsourcing risks
- Organized a conference (jointly with the British central bank and the French regulator ACPR) on the impact of climate risks
