ACPR Publishes Draft Versions of CREDITHAB and CREDITIMMO Taxonomies

    October 30, 2020

ACPR published the draft versions of CREDITHAB 2.1.0.2 taxonomy and CREDITIMMO 2.2.0 taxonomy. Along with the taxonomies, ACPR has published description and delivery notes, taxonomy controls, and test instance files related to the CREDITHAB and CREDITIMMO taxonomies. The comment period for these draft versions of the taxonomies end on November 30, 2020.

CREDITHAB taxonomy is for monthly reporting of indicators for monitoring the risk associated with mortgage loans in France. Version 2.1.0.2 of the taxonomy will replace Version 2.1.0.1 of the CREDITHAB taxonomy as of December 2020. The newer version corrects a few assertions, though no XBRL facts have changed between these two versions. The CREDITIMMO 2.2.0 taxonomy contains the new “rentimmo” entry point. In a future release, it will also incorporate the CREDITHAB entry point. CREDITHAB taxonomy is the first taxonomy that results from regulations related to monthly indicators for monitoring the risk of mortgage loans in France to use the Euro-filing architecture. CREDITHAB and CREDITIMMO taxonomies apply to the banking sector and have an architecture and structure similar to that of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)/Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) IV taxonomies from EBA and Solvency II taxonomy from EIOPA.
