ACPR Issues Updates on RUBA and CREDITIMMO Taxonomies
The French Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) announced that version 1.0.1 of the RUBA taxonomy has been made available in the “certification platform” of the information system and OneGate portal for the following orders: January 2022, February 2022, March 2022, June 2022, September 2022, and December 2022. As part of this announcement, ACPR reminded that RUBA reports are to be posted with the Legal Entity Identifier (LEI) on the OneGate portal in the “SUR” area. ACPR published presentation sheets and frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to RUBA reporting and taxonomy. These presentation sheets cover all the types of reporting: prudential, statistics, monetary, and overseas.
ACPR also updated the taxonomy controls related to version 2.3.0 of CREDITIMMO taxonomy and informed about the deactivation of certain assertions related to CREDITHAB reporting. Version 2.3.0 of the CREDITIMMO taxonomy implements the new version of the CREDITHAB report. This version brings together the two entry points: “credithab and rentimmo.” CREDITIMMO 2.3.0 taxonomy implements the ACPR instructions on the monitoring of risks on mortgage loans in France (2021-I-02) as well as instructions on the monitoring of the profitability of mortgage loans in France (2020-I-04). CREDITIMMO taxonomy applies to the banking sector and has an architecture and structure similar to that of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)/Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) IV taxonomies from EBA and Solvency II taxonomy from EIOPA.
