BCRA, the central bank of Argentina, published updated rules on minimum capital requirements for financial entities, along with certain aspects of the information transparency regime.
With regard to the minimum capital requirements rules, BCRA published an update related to the external rating agents (External Credit Assessment Institutions or ECAI). With regard to the information regime, the updates are on the following topics:
