EBA Reviews Single Rulebook Q&As Against Revised BRRD, CRD, and CRR
EBA published a summary of the review status of the Single Rulebook questions and answers (Q&As) against revised versions of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR), the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD), and the Bank Recovery and Resolution Directive (BRRD). The Q&As were updated in line with the revised legal acts and the outcome has been reflected in the Q&A tool. The update of the Interactive Single Rulebook is underway and will be completed in the coming weeks. The review covered Q&As published in relation to the aforementioned legal acts that address policy issues. The review did not cover Q&As on supervisory reporting, with the exception of questions related to the revised implementing technical standards on supervisory benchmarking.
