BCL Updates Specifications for AnaCredit Reporting
BCL updated the reporting instructions, list of reporting agents, validation rules (version 1.5.2), Statistical Data and Metadata eXchange (SDMX) schema (version 1.0.5), and technical specifications for AnaCredit reporting. The methodology for the comparison between AnaCredit and other statistical reports has been also published. The purpose of this comparison is to assess the consistency between the reports and to check the completeness of the AnaCredit data sent. Among other things, the establishment of a comparison with other prudential reports (COREP/FINREP) will take place in 2021.
The reporting instructions specify that, from April 01, 2021, all feedback related to AnaCredit reporting will henceforth only be sent via the transmission channels, in accordance with the Circular BCL 2021/243, and no feedback will be sent by e-mail. Version 2.5 of the reporting instructions contains changes regarding restructuring of chapters on reports and details on quality of indicators. SDMX version 1.0.5 encompasses updated technical specifications, structure of cubes, facets, and subdomains. Version 1.0.5 of the SDMX schema will be applicable and mandatory from the reference date of June 30, 2021. Therefore, from July 01, 2021, all submissions and resubmissions must be reported according to version 1.0.5. Re-submissions should always be submitted using the latest version of the SDMX schema in effect, not the version of the SDMX schema that were valid on the re-submission reference date.
