BoE published version 3.1.0 of its XBRL taxonomy and the related technical artefacts. This version of the taxonomy, data point model (DPM) dictionary, annotated templates, and validation rules covers the requirements for reporting of Minimum Requirement for Own Funds and Eligible Liabilities (MREL) data, as set out in the Policy Statement 11/18 titled "Resolution planning: MREL reporting," which was published on June 13, 2018. This will take effect from January 01, 2019.
The BEEDS system will be used to collect MREL reporting data. The taxonomies for ring-fencing, Pillar 2 liquidity, financial statements, and Capital+ reporting have remained unchanged from version 3.0.0 of the BoE Banking XBRL taxonomy.
