CBB Issues Liquidity Coverage Ratio Report Under Part B of Rulebook
CBB issued Appendix BR-23 on Liquidity Coverage Ratio (LCR) Report under Part B of the CBB Rulebook Volume 1, which applies to conventional banks. The Appendix contains the requirements for computation and submission of LCR by banks. Until the Appendix is incorporated into Electronic Submission of Returns and Analysis of Data (ESRAD), banks must use the already published Excel Sheet for reporting. The Liquidity Risk Management Module (Module LM) requires all Bahraini conventional bank licensees to report their solo and consolidated LCR at the end of each month, from June 30, 2019.
