ACPR Updates Taxonomic Controls Under CREDITIMMO Taxonomy

    February 09, 2022

The French Prudential Supervisory Authority (ACPR) announced reporting changes, including publication of an updated document on the taxonomy controls applicable to Version 2.3.0 of the CREDITIMMO taxonomy. The updated document lists the deactivated assertions CH.04.01-00002, CH.04.01-00003, and CH.04.01-00004 related to RENTIMMO reporting. The CREDITIMMO version 2.3.0 taxonomy implements the new version of the CREDITHAB report. This version brings together the two entry points: “credithab and rentimmo.”

CREDITIMMO 2.3.0 taxonomy implements the ACPR instructions on the monitoring of risks on mortgage loans in France (2021-I-02) as well as instructions on the monitoring of the profitability of mortgage loans in France (2020-I-04). Additionally, ACPR announced that a new version of the "Functional Business Cards" has been made available on January 14, 2022 on the OneGate portal. This version incorporates adjustments related to the “CREDIT_HABITAT” and “RENTIMMO” reports to take into account the housing loan activity of the concerned institutions. These modifications apply from the Decree of January 2022.
