BDE Amends Circular on Transparency and Liability of Banking Services
BDE published Circular 5/2017 on transparency of banking services and liability in granting loans. Annex 8 of Circular 5/2017 modifies Sections 4 and 6 of Annex 8 of Circular 5/2012 of June 27 to credit institutions and payment service providers. Circular 5/2017 will take effect the day after its publication in the "Official State Gazette."
Annex 8 of Circular 5/2012 states the official reference rates of the mortgage market: definition, and form of calculation. Section 4 of Annex 8 notes the calculation form of the interbank reference to one year and Section 6 of Annex 8 notes the definition and calculation formula of the interbank rate at one year.
