Bundesbank Issues Circular on Treatment of Deferred Loan Claims
Bundesbank issued a circular on the treatment of loan claims deferred in the course of a general payment moratorium. Bundesbank informed that information provided by BaFin on the supervisory and regulatory measures in response to the COVID-19 challenges can also be used to report banking statistics (such as those under the AnaCredit regulation) if the reporting content is based on the requirements of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR). BaFin has updated the frequently asked questions (FAQs) related to the measures taken in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.
