The purpose of the reporting form "Basis and Risks for the Guarantee Mechanisms" is to collect the information needed to calculate individual ex-ante contributions to the deposit guarantee schemes, securities, and bonds; this form needs to be completed before March 31 by institutions adhering to one or more mechanisms. Both forms also contain validation rules and consistency checks that the institution must adhere to before electronic transmission.
