EBA Single Rulebook Q&A: Third Update for July 2019

    July 19, 2019

EBA published answers to six questions under the Single Rulebook question and answer (Q&A) tool this week. The answers covered topics related to synthetic securitization of undrawn revolving credit facilities, calculation of thresholds under Article 127 of the Capital Requirement Regulation (CRR), different currency foreign exchange swap for the credit risk standard risk-weight attribution, and queries related to the second Payment Services Directive.

The overall objective of the Q&A tool is to ensure consistent and effective application of the new regulatory framework across the Single Market. Institutions, supervisors, and other stakeholders can use the Single Rulebook Q&A tool for submitting questions on Capital Requirements Directive IV (CRD IV), CRR, and the related technical standards that have been developed by EBA and adopted.
