APRA Authorizes New General Insurer and Non-Operating Holding Company
APRA authorized Arch LMI Pty Ltd to conduct insurance business as a lenders mortgage insurer. It also authorized Arch Financial Holdings Australia Pty Ltd to be an APRA-authorized non-operating holding company (NOHC), under the Insurance Act 1973.
