Bundesbank published Circular No. 10/2021, which provides information on submission of contractual partner master data and credit data reports related to AnaCredit reporting. The circular highlights that reporting institute/agent is generally responsible for submitting the AnaCredit files and receiving feedback from Bundesbank. The processing via the Bundesbank's ExtraNet can be done by a third party such as a data center or the receiving institute after a merger.
In this context, from April 01, 2021, a technical validation rule (DN0061_DE2) will be activated to check the correct submissions. This rule checks whether the submission is made via the ExtraNet access of the intended submitters, that is by the reporting institution itself or an authorized third party known to Bundesbank as the submitter at the time of submission. If this is not the case, the entire file will be rejected. The circular also provides information on reminder message regarding the completeness of the submission of the reports.
