ACPR Releases Supporting Information for Reporting Under RUBA Taxonomy
ACPR published information on the tables expected under RUBA reporting, by category of establishment, frequency, and deadline. The published Excel document is a draft (or "working") version published for information purposes, in accordance with the discussions at a meeting held in January 2021. The draft version has been made available on behalf of ACPR, the Bank of France, and the Overseas Departments Emission Institute (Institut d’Émission des Départements d’Outre-Mer or IEDOM).
In September 2020, ACPR had announced that RUBA taxonomy will replace the SURFI taxonomy, from the January 2022 decree for monthly remittances and from the March 2022 decree for quarterly reports. RUBA taxonomy applies to the banking sector and has an architecture and structure similar to that of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)/Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) IV taxonomies from EBA and Solvency II taxonomy from EIOPA.
