ACPR Updates Draft Version of RUBA Taxonomy for Banks
ACPR updated the draft of RUBA taxonomy for banks to version 1.0.0_pwd2. The updated version includes an “unofficial consolidated version of the format of regulatory statements associated with the RUBA taxonomy.” RUBA taxonomy has an architecture and structure similar to that of the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)/Capital Requirements Directive (CRD) IV taxonomies from EBA and the Solvency II taxonomy from EIOPA. In September 2020, ACPR had announced that RUBA taxonomy will replace the SURFI taxonomy, from the January 2022 decree for monthly remittances and from the March 2022 decree for quarterly reports.
