This foundation level one-day course forms the springboard for the Moody’s Analytics Relationship Management Toolkit program. It delivers practical and proven techniques that increase participants’ ability to influence others and achieve results.
Using a memorable and intuitive behavioral model, participants will gain awareness of the strengths and weaknesses of their own communication style. They will then practice the application of these concepts to improve their understanding and influencing of clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
