What is Advancing Member Connections?
Advancing Member Connections, which builds upon the skills taught in Building Member Connections, begins with a short eLearning course that emphasizes the value in proactively meeting with members to discuss their needs and explore their overall financial picture. Upon completion of the eLearning course, participants are eligible to attend the one-day Advancing Member Connections: Skills Application Lab, a facilitated session where they’re able to devote their time to intensive practice.
