NEWS | For Immediate Release

NEW YORK, May 26, 2015 — Moody's Analytics, a leader in risk measurement and management, announced today that it has won the 2015 Americas Technology Vendor of the Year Award from Structured Products magazine for its Structured Finance Portal, an innovative, web-based tool for fixed-income data transparency, analysis and reporting.

"We are honored to receive this prestigious award recognizing the industry-leading capabilities of Moody's Analytics' Structured Finance Portal. The award reflects our ongoing commitment to providing our customers with innovative analytics," said Luis Amador, Managing Director at Moody's Analytics.

Since its launch in 2014, the Structured Finance Portal has seen strong adoption among global financial and advisory services companies. Both buy-and sell-side market participants use the Portal to expand their analytics capabilities in support of their activity in fast-growing segments of the securitization markets.

The Structured Finance Portal provides a comprehensive set of metrics that help organizations manage portfolio risk, especially in the collateralized loan blogation (CLO) market. Relative value and benchmarking analytics are available, as are default probabilities and analyses of exposures to individual loans, managers and industries.  The Portal also offers market data in an easy-to-use format that streamlines the time consuming, manual processes of normalizing and aggregating structured finance data.

In March 2015, Moody's Analytics added a new regulatory module to the Structured Finance Portal, which allows financial institutions to assess the potential accounting and regulatory treatment of their structured finance securities, including calculating capital ratios and other portfolio metrics for the Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR) and Dodd-Frank Act Stress Test (DFAST).
