GENERAL INFORMATION

What is included in the registration fee?
The fee for each seminar is per participant, inclusive of refreshments, lunches and seminar materials. Course fees do not include applicable tax, transportation or hotel accommodations. Preferential rates may be available; please mention our seminar when booking with the hotel. Payment must be received in full at least 30 days prior to the start of the seminar.
What are the seminar start times?
Seminar Schedule - Classes run from 9.00 am – 5.00 pm. A light continental breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon refreshments are provided daily.
How do I get on a Wait List for a public seminar?
If a seminar is full, we can put you on a Wait List. Please contact your regional administrator located under the "Contact Us" tab. Be sure to provide your contact information and the seminar for which you wish to be waitlisted.
I need a visa, can you provide the letter of invitation?
Yes, we can provide a letter of invitation. Please contact your regional administrator and provide us with your full name, company and office address; the local embassy address for the country you will be visiting, together with order number for your registration. The invitation letters for you and the embassy will be sent to you by email.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

When do I need to pay?
Payment is required in advance of the seminar and may be made by credit card, or an invoice will be sent to you.
How do I purchase with a Purchase Order (PO)?
If you are paying for the course with a Purchase Order, you will be sent an invoice by Moody's. To complete the transaction, you will need to provide PO # Moodys upon check out of your order.Once you have registered you will receive a confirmation of your transaction. This is not an invoice, you will be invoiced by Moody's separately.
How do I apply the seminar discounts listed on website?
Before completing your purchase, contact your regional administrator for the proper code to use for your transaction.

CONTINUING EDUCATION CREDITS

How do I receive continuing education credits?
To receive education credits with one of our accrediting bodies, please be sure that your membership numbers are included in your online profile.

1. Log in to moodystraining.com with your existing username and password
2. Your membership/ID number with the organization
3. Select "My Training" in the upper right corner of your screen
4. Select your region
5. Click "My Profile" and enter your CFA and/or NASBA member numbers

CANCELLATIONS

Is there a cancellation policy?
Cancellations may be made up to 30 days in advance of the seminar, after which date refunds cannot be given. Notification must be received in writing by letter, fax or email. In the event of a participant not being able to attend, a substitution may be made at no extra cost. We reserve the right to amend the prices, or cancel a seminar at any time.
Is there a refund policy?
